Our Team

Lungi Sangqu

CEO & Digital Transformation

Lungi strongly believes that appropriate adoption and use of IT is what will contribute to the growth of African enterprises resulting in the economical upliftment of Africans.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Mathematics, Chemistry, and Computer Science as majors. Driven by the need to see (IT) being used to achieve business goals rather than for its own sake, she obtained a Master of Leadership (MBL) from the Unisa School of Business Leadership.

She started her career in 1990 as a computer programmer. Over a period of 30 years, she held executive positions at SAPO, SITA, SARB, and later became a CIO at DHL Express, UNISA, and Transnet Freight Rail.

Mandla Mkhwanazi

Applications Director

Mandla is an accomplished IT professional and SAP Expert with a long and storied background in leading successful IT operations, driving the adoption of modern technologies complimenting core SAP ERP Systems and providing industry leading services. He is experienced in leading global SAP ERP system implementations and new SAP version upgrades in different countries across industries.

His education includes a Master of Business Leadership(MBL), Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business, Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce.

He started his career in 1990 as an accountant at Transwerk, now Transnet Engineering. Over a period of 20 years, he held senior and executive positions at KPMG, Anglo American, and several position at Transnet division including ultimately being the Group CIO, Group Chief Process Officer, and Digital Business Leader.

Bridget Ngewu

Enterprise Information Management

Bridget believes that businesses and organisations need to develop EIM programmes that are supported by strategy. This enables the use and exploitation of information as an asset for the purposes of achieving strategic objectives.

Her education includes Master of Business Leadership(MBL), from the Unisa School of Business Leadership, BComm: Industrial and Organizational Psychology, National Diploma: Information Technology and a few certifications including the Certified Data Management Professional(CDMP).

Bridget’s vast experience spans across both the private and the public sectors (South African Reserve Bank, ABSA, SITA, UNISA, COEGA, iFactory, ICT-Works, New Dawn Technologies). Her responsibilities included Data Governance Manager, Oracle functional consulting, Business Analysis, Systems Analyst and IT Business Relationship Management.

Tshepo Moatshe

Corporate & IT Governance

Tshepo possesses extensive corporate governance experience that includes IT Governance and Risk Management. He also has extensive product development, project management and operations experience.

Tshepo is an avid Board Member currently serving in various boards.

He holds qualifications in IT, Corporate Governance and Business Administration. He has worked for both government and private sector companies.

Lebohang Majela

Managed Services & Infrastructure

Lebohang is a firm believer that Technology is the backbone of all invincible businesses. Businesses that reinvent their business models aligning their services and products to the ever evolving and transformative technological landscape are guaranteed longevity.

He holds a post graduate diploma in Fourth Industrial Revolution Programme Management. He is currently an MBA Candidate with the University of Johannesburg, a programme driven through a Technology spectrum into the world of Artificial Intelligence.

Lebohang has been in IT for 17 years. He has worked and/or consulted for the likes of Discovery, ABSA AIFA, Nedbank, Telkom, Alexandra Forbes, Hollard, Ampath Laboratories, Brand South Africa, Road Accident Fund, etc. These organisations have helped hone his extensive IT Infrastructure expertise.
